YOUR ROLE

Reporting to the Group IT Manager, you will lead the mapping of current operations and collaborate with stakeholders to define future processes as part of ERP system selection

Your key responsibilities :

  • Act as a key partner to the ERP Project Team and Steering Committee, providing clear, actionable process insights
  • Lead end-to-end mapping of current (AS-IS) processes across Europe and North America, capturing real operational practices
  • Conduct interviews and facilitate workshops with stakeholders from operational teams to senior management
  • Analyse and structure the current operating model, identifying gaps and translating insights into a clear ERP process framework to support system selection
  • In a second step you will participate to the design of the future-state processes, ensuring practical and implementable solutions
  • The role requires regular presence at our plant in Międzyrzecze Dolne and requires intensive travel to stay closely connected with operations across Europe and occasionally to North America
WHAT MAKES YOU A GREAT FIT
  • Business Process Analyst with experience in business process mapping and documentation, supporting stakeholders in capturing, analysing, and documenting AS IS processes within an international, multi-entity environment
  • Good knowledge of business process methodologies and process mapping tools, with the ability to apply them in a structured way is required
  • Exposure to ERP projects is a plus not a must
  • Good facilitation skills, with the ability to structure discussions, challenge constructively, and drive alignment and decision-making
  • Able to translate complex topics into clear, actionable frameworks
  • Credible and confident, engaging effectively with senior stakeholders and navigating resistance
  • Hands-on, structured, and pragmatic, with the ability to work effectively in dynamic, international environments
  • Full professional fluency (both oral and written) in English and German
  • Willingness to travel across Europe and North America
  • Based in Międzyrzecze Dolne
