Your scope of responsibilities

Lead accounting, finance and reporting for the CEE entities: Poland, Moldova and Czech Republic.
Ensure accurate accounting books, monthly and annual closings, statutory reporting and group reporting.
Manage tax compliance, including VAT, CIT, WHT, transfer pricing and local reporting obligations.
Prepare budgets, monitor performance, and provide financial and business analysis to support management decisions.
Coordinate audits and cooperate with auditors, tax advisors, banks, public authorities and headquarters.
Improve finance processes, internal controls, ERP setup, e-invoicing, invoice workflow and automation.
Manage and support the regional finance team, ensuring clear responsibilities, backup coverage and continuity.

Our requirements

Higher education in finance, accounting, economics or a related field.
Strong practical experience in accounting, financial closing, statutory reporting and tax compliance.
Experience as a Chief Accountant, Finance Manager or similar role in a multi-entity or international environment.
Good understanding of budgeting, financial analysis and business support.
Experience managing or coordinating a finance/accounting team.
Fluent business English.
Knowledge of ERP systems; SAP experience is an advantage.
Experience with finance process improvement, automation or digitalization is an advantage.
