What will be your role and responsibilities?

Responsibility for overseeing the daily operations of the manufacturing facility in conTeyor Poland.
Operational management of the site, including production, technology, engineering, quality, and maintenance, together with the subordinate team.
Supervise compliance with occupational safety, health, environment, and fire protection.
Coordinating production activities, managing resources and ensuring the smooth operation of the facility, the quality and efficiency of the production processes.

Evaluate and report on the performance and progress of operations; identify and implement areas for improvement, monitor performance through various KPI’s.

Preparation and management of the budget and reports for operations in the plant, monitoring expenditures, planning investments.
Taking improvement actions on profitability, savings generation, and keeping costs within budget.

We’re looking for a following candidate:

Minimum Bachelor’s degree in engineering/production/quality management or related field.

Strong background in manufacturing and engineering is required: minimum of 5 years of experience in international production environment, in plant or operations management roles.
Proven change management experience.
Knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, quality standards and financial reporting (e. g. P&L).
Experience in starting up production facilities or lines will be an asset.
Lean Manufacturing methods knowledge (with strong focus on 5S).
Very good command of English.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
Strong leadership, communication, and management skills.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced work environment, handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
