YOUR ROLE:
Responsible for Human Resources solutions
- As Human Resources Manager you support senior and local management and executives in the area of personnel and operational matters
- You manage the HR Department in Central and Eastern Europe (Poland and Moldova to start with), coordinating HR processes and projects (local and international)
- You design and implement HR solutions (employee development, career paths, trainings, incentive systems, periodic performance appraisal)
- You coordinate the internal communication process in the company
- You monitor HR indicators and you recommend improvement actions
- You prepare reports and analyses in the HR area
- You prepare and update internal documents such as regulations, procedures, instructions, etc.
